One Afternoon

Goro has to find his birthday present hidden by his boyfriend somewhere in their house in this narrative puzzle fangame, full of mysteries, riddles... and kissing!

This is a non-profit free-to-play fangame and has no affiliation with Atlus. The pairing of this fangame is between Joker and Goro Akechi from Persona 5 (also known as Akeshuake). This fangame was early access for the One Day zine and is now public!

(Although events from the main game are not discussed, main-game spoilers could be referred to at some point.)

After Goro’s 30th birthday celebration at the park is ruined by heavy rain, his boyfriend tries to cheer him up by sending him on a scavenger hunt around their house to find his birthday present. Bored and rising up to the challenge, Goro sets out to find a gift that his partner swears will change his life forever.

Solve puzzles, riddles and minigames during an afternoon, uncovering the last ten years of their lives together, until you discover what Goro’s birthday present could possibly be.

After you finish the story mode, turn One Afternoon into a relaxing jigsaw puzzle game with fantastic music from Nicobé and Kupla and artwork of your favorite boys!

The game might still need a few adjustments. These are some things that we're still working on:

- Adjustments to how the puzzles appear and disappear from the screen when the player hits “C”.

- Some overall improvements with gameplay.

𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗯𝘂𝗴𝘀:

- Occasional lag, like on the title screen when the game first loads.

-  If the player clicks on “new game”, the cats that have been found disappear from the previous save file (and must be found again).

- The play icon sometimes appear during puzzles.

One Afternoon is a PC-exclusive fangame. At the moment, we are not certain what sort of technical requirements are necessary to play the game. We hope to know and update this section in the future,
